FFL – Federal Firearms License
Our facility holds a Federal Firearms License (FFL), authorizing us to legally manufacture and perform laser-based services on firearm components. Issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), this license ensures that we operate in full compliance with federal regulations concerning the handling, modification, and serialization of firearms and related parts.
Holding an FFL allows us to:
- Legally receive, work on, and transfer firearms and serialized components
- Serve firearms manufacturers and gunsmiths with precision laser services
- Adhere to strict ATF recordkeeping, security, and compliance standards

SOT – Special Occupational Taxpayer Certification
As a registered Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT), we are authorized to engage in activities regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA), including the manufacture or transfer of NFA-regulated firearms such as suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and other Title II weapons.
Our SOT certification—issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)—allows us to:
- Work on NFA-regulated firearm components
- Serve licensed manufacturers, dealers, and importers with compliant laser marking and modification services
- Operate with additional privileges under our Federal Firearms License (FFL), particularly for Class 2 operations
This designation enhances our capabilities within the firearms industry and demonstrates our strict adherence to federal firearms laws, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
ITAR – International Traffic in Arms Regulations
We are also ITAR registered, meaning we comply with the U.S. Department of State’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This registration allows us to work on defense-related projects that involve technical data, components, or products listed on the United States Munitions List (USML).
Our ITAR compliance ensures:
